Willow Eagle is the cook at Gus's Tavern and Inn, located in the hamlet of Ravenhurst. During the prelude, she reveals herself to be a messenger from the Sidereals.
Rumor around town is she's having an affair with the tavern owner Gus Aberdeen, however it is likely a cover story for her true role, as it seems Gus is the only other person in Ravnehurst to know of her true identity. Also, neither of them are supposedly married, so it's not quite clear how that could be an affair anyway.
