Mark Paulsen
Mark Paulsen is a union boss of the Technocratic Labor Union - itself a front for the Ceres/Ross Mob. Within the Mob, Paulsen is a higher up (but not leader) and has been part of the organization his entire adult life (and some child years). He entrusted Fox Jeffworthy to deliver a package to Svita Raxina as part of his debt-repayment to the TLU for assisting Jeffworthy's drone-assembly. The package was in fact an explosive meant to assassinate Raxina and end her potential uprising through the TLU, however Jeffworthy's failure to deliver the package means she lives and now all-out war has broken out.
Paulsen is outraged at Jeffworthy for his blunder - and is on the chopping block himself if he can't find a way to fix it.
