Background
Born in Silverymoon, he was raised from an early age that birthright is garbage. His father spouted all sorts of wisdom and political ideals, like "Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony." His father and mother were active in a local group that set up in Silverymoon, one that tolerated all species...though most members couldn't bring themselves to like orcs. The group didn't rebel against the local governance, claiming it was just. They mainly focused on the oppression found in other lands and hating the hell out of taxes.
As he grew and joined the family business, merchants, he learned that his father and mother hate birth right ideals since both were half elves born to Draconic Sorcerer bloodlines and failed to manifest. When their families both sent them to a Wizard to try to draw out their blood powers...they met and ran away to Silverymoon. When their son manifested Sorcerer powers, they pushed him to ignore them since he didn't earn them.
Slowly he began growing in power and discovered his affinity for fire through his draconic ancestors.
Campaign
Upon meeting the party he was quite excited. His cart empty and wares delivered he decided to embrace his powers and go hunt some orcs.
Phineas Stoneblood gave him an idea...he took the name Brassblood to honor his heritage and embrace the firey sorcerer within. Now he looks at "Blade of the Dawn" and is getting ideas.
